The Shows
Le Petit Monde comes out of a suitcase ! So our shows are quickly set up and packed away. We can perform in schools, nurseries, small community centres and will consider other venues.
The shows available are :
Lapin Wants Breakfast (40 mins, 3-8 yrs)

Lapin is hungry ! But he will only eat ONE THING ! What could it be ?
Lapin Wants to See Santa (40 mins, 3-8 yrs)
It’s Christmas ! Lapin has decided to invite SANTA for a hot chocolate. Will Papa Noel have time to accept his invitation ?
Lapin Wants Ice Cream (40 mins, 3-8 yrs)
It’s summer ! Lapin is too hot and too thirsty. Will he get the ICE CREAM he wants to quench his thirst ?
Vanni a Faim (20 mins, 3-8 yrs)
Le Petit Monde has created this show especially for the charitable organisation Action Against Hunger. Our objective was to raise awareness amongst very young children of the hunger and malnutrition problems faced by many countries all over the world…
Vanni, a little girl from Liberia, wakes up one morning to find her rice bowl empty. The starving child goes on a quest for food and meets really helpful characters on her way. Don’t worry, the end is a happy one !
The show is usually followed by a discussion with the children. It is also an opportunity for the school/nursery to raise fundings for Action Against Hunger. The show is in French and can be performed in English.

Lapin’s Little Adventures (20 mins each, 3-8 yrs)
These shows have been written and performed for l’Heure du Conte (at l'Institut Français d'Ecosse).

They are all available for bookings.
NB : we can send out a list of the vocabulary and the songs lyrics featured in the shows, so staff and children get familiar with them before the performance. We also have various teaching packs for schools and nurseries.
